Theater Shooting Vigil

I always drive by this place on my way to Walmart.

I went there a few days after the shooting. That was about a week ago

You can still see the Batman poster announcing the midnight premier.

The building itself is retro.

It stands out set against the dry hot plains that lie just to the East.

At night, the neon lights are still on, even though the theater is closed.

There were reporters from all over the world.

A lot of people brought their kids to check it out.

The Shopping Mall across the street. I go to Sears there quite a bit.

The tributes were colorful a week ago.

I'm guessing this stuff is getting soggy in the rain; probably not as pretty anymore.

East Aurora, Colorado

Aurora is a suburb just east of Denver and the 3rd largest city in Colorado.

I really like it, but it takes a long time to get downtown during rush hours.

Friday night Mariachis at Las Hadas Mexican Restaurant.

Library.

City Hall

Looking just northwest of Downtown Denver.

Southland Mall

This place was built around the height of the real estate bubble in 2005.

According to this wiki, it is the largest outdoor Mall in America.

Eastern end of Aurora.

The prairie dogs and rabbits are everywhere.
